I hope this finds everyone safe and warm on this gray cold NC evening. I wanted to send an update for tomorrow. Mass is still on. As Rick Punke put it, "Mass will go on even if it’s just Father Johnson and me".
That being said, anyone who feels they can SAFELY make it to mass for the honor guard tomorrow at 10:45, both FN Mike and myself plan on attending in Regalia. No one is under any obligation to try to attend if there is the slightest chance of any danger or discomfort in travel. I know Father Johnson would rather not have an Honor Guard tomorrow than have anyone of you have an incident trying to make it to the mass.
Personal safety is the theme of the day!
