A reminder our pot luck dinner is tomorrow night! Looking forward to a great evening of family recipes and fellowship! Bring your dish to pass and let’s have some fun!

Welcome Dinner for New Brothers
Date: Tuesday April 19th (normal meeting night)
Time: 7-9PM
Who:Sir Knights, thier spouses (or guest) and children
Location: Dining room at St Catherine of Siena School
Attire: Tux/Social Baldric (Ladies normally simply wear something they’d wear to church)
Menu: Assembly supplying main dish (ham), lemonade/iced tea/wine and remainder of the dinner will be provided pot luck style. Brothers, please plan on bringing a dish to pass.

My dear brothers,

It is with heavy heart that I pass on the news that Frank Lapinski’s brother, Joe Edwards, passed away last night after his battle with cancer.
Please read Frank’s email below. If you recall, Frank announced only a few short weeks ago that his brother had received this diagnosis. Prayers offered for Joe’s peaceful repose, and for the comfort of Frank and his family are greatly appreciated during this difficult time.

Would you please share with the Brothers from the Assembly? They are welcome to join us. It will be around an 8 hour day from departure until return.

The Marine Corps League has scheduled at trip to Camp Lejeune
To visit the Wounded Warrior Battalion East.
It is scheduled for 11 May at 1300 (1:00 PM).
We would like to invite anyone who like to go to join us.
We will be departing from the Legion Hall around 0930 that morning. O

A visit to the Fisher House is also on the agenda.

As mentioned we had to postpone our Welcome Dinner for the new Sir Knights until the April 19 meeting. Is everyone who opted in still going to participate, and I’d like to re-extend the invitation to anyone who was unavailable for the March date to join us. The more the merrier!
