Sir Knights,
Msgr Brockman has requested an honor guard at the Saturday July 22nd 5pm Mass at St Catherine of Siena in Wake Forest.
As part of the Diocesan pilgrimage of the relics of saints, Relics which will be installed at the Cathedral will be welcomed at St Catherine of Siena. There is a planned procession to receive these relics and bring them into the church at Saturday’s mass for veneration. We would like Knights in Regalia/Tux for the procession.
Sacred relics of saints, to be placed in the main altar and the chapel altar at the dedication of Holy Name of Jesus, will be available for veneration at St Catherine of Siena Saturday July 22. The current list of saints for the pilgrimage are as follows:
The True Cross
Saint Peter the Apostle
Saint Paul the Apostle
Saint Reparatus
Saint Thomas Becket
Saint Gaudiosus Saint Francis de Sales
Saint John Neumann
Saint Pope John Paul II
Saint Francis of Assisi
Saint Bernardine of Siena, O.F.M. Conv.

Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque
Saint Thérèse of Lisieux
Saint Gemma Galgani
Saint Leonie de Sales Aviat, OSFS

Sir Knights,
I was remiss in including this in the Color Corps Commander report last night as a pending event! This is just a week away and a great event to participate in. Please consider participating in the Honor Guard. We need to support events at other parishes if we expect other Assemblies to support ours!!
Remember, Sir Knight is not just a title, it’s an HONOR!

Worthy Sir Knights,
On behalf of our Faithful Navigator, please see the call for Honor Guard below from SK Ed Rogosich. This is always a well attended event and St Joseph’s is a wonderfully supportive Parish for the Knights of Columbus. Let’s show our thanks for that support and the support their Sir Knights give St Catherine of Siena by a good turnout! Note there is extra regalia to borrow if you don’t have your own!!!
Thank you and God Bless.

Brothers,
Another last minute entry for Sunday. St Joseph’s does a beautiful Corpus Christi procession around the church grounds. Those who feel ambitious, both would be doable….
Thanks and God Bless!

Sir Knights,
Please see the request for Honor Guard below. Padre Leon is a former State Chaplain and a huge supporter of the Knights. St Bernadette’s in Butner isn’t far, so please prayerfully consider attending.
I understand it is both short notice and Father’s day, but what better way to celebrate Father’s day than to give reverence to the body of Christ!
Let me know if you are able to attend.

Sir Knights,
Vivat Jesus!
While an honor guard is not appropriate at an Ordination, our Assembly can still provide a great service to our parish and diocese through volunteering to assist in the areas below.
Please respond to either FN SK Mike Pughes, or myself if you would like to participate in any of the areas below.
Thank you and God Bless.
